WE LIVE IT.
Aircrafttag was founded by people who have spent their lives in aviation.
Long before Aircrafttag existed, aviation was already part of our everyday lives. As active pilots, aircraft are more than machines to us — they are places of work, memories and stories.
In 2019, that connection to aviation became Aircrafttag, an Austrian aviation upcycling brand with a simple idea: to preserve authentic pieces of retired aircraft and give them a second life.
Today, we transform genuine aircraft fuselage skin into collectible pieces of aviation history. Each Aircrafttag originates from a real aircraft and carries its aircraft type and registration — connecting it directly to the aircraft it once belonged to.
Every piece is handcrafted in Vienna, Austria.

Every aircraft eventually reaches the end of its flying life. We believe its story deserves to continue.
When an aircraft reaches the end of its flying life, much of what made it unique risks disappearing with it. Aircrafttag recovers genuine fuselage skin from retired aircraft and preserves a small but authentic part of their history.
Instead of becoming anonymous scrap metal, the original aircraft skin is given a second life through aviation upcycling — while retaining its original paint, marks, scratches and traces of thousands of flights.
Whenever possible, we preserve the connection to the individual aircraft. Its aircraft type and registration become part of the Aircrafttag, allowing each piece to tell the story of the aircraft it once belonged to.

No two pieces of aircraft skin are exactly alike. Years of flying leave behind scratches, dents, colour variations and layers of paint.
For us, these aren't imperfections. They are part of the aircraft's history — and the reason every Aircrafttag is genuinely unique.
