Coaster - Boeing B777-300 - Virgin Australia - VH-VPD
Our glass coasters of original aircraft skin have a size of 9,5 x 9,5 cm.
The first Boeing B777-300 had its maiden flight in 1997. It was over 10 meters longer than the B777-200 and held the record as the longest passenger aircraft until 2002. Due to its incredible size, it even replaced the B747 for some airlines.
VH-VPD was delivered to V Australia in 2009. In 2011, the flight operations of Virgin Blue Holding were merged under Virgin Australia. In total, Virgin Australia operated 5 B777-300s, which were decommissioned during the Corona pandemic and never reintegrated into flight operations. Each Virgin Australia B777 was named after an Australian beach. VH-VPD was named after AVALON Beach.Â
